Malta, 10 March 2020: Over the past weekend Malta announced its first COVID-19 cases. IIG Bank (Malta) Ltd is currently monitoring the situation on a continuous basis and closely following the Health Authorities' guidelines.
The quality of our service to you as our clients and the health and safety of our staff remain our top priority. Presently the quality of our service is not impacted, and we will do our utmost to maintain the standard of our service that you are by now accustomed to with IIG Bank (Malta) Ltd. However, we do not exclude the possibility that the situation may get worse, and the circumstances may warrant some changes to how we operate and continue servicing your needs.
While we will be doing our utmost to continue to serve you to the best of our capabilities, should the situation escalate such that we may need to activate a business continuity strategy that may limit our service we will inform you as early as possible when and if the Bank will become constrained to provide a reduced service offering. In this respect, we will be kindly asking you for your kind cooperation in circumstances that may in some form curtail our service to you as our esteemed customer.
